Addepar Product Manager interviews, decoded.

The whole thing took about two to three months, which felt pretty reasonable. They asked some questions about my financial background and also some about technology. The interviews felt really relaxed, and the people interviewing me were great. Overall, it was a good process.

It was a 3-step process. First, I interviewed with a peer PM. Then, I was supposed to interview with a business person and after that, with the Head of Product. I didn't get past the first step though, the interview with the peer PM. It was focused on the technical aspects of the platform/frameworks the devs use.

I applied on the Addepar website and very quickly had an initial screening call. I was asked general questions about my experience and ambitions and was told I would be put forward to a second interview. I then never heard back and all emails have gone unresponded. I didn't even get a declined notification, just ghosted. Very unprofessional.
