Addepar Operations Analyst interviews, decoded.

The interview process was pretty smooth. It had 4 rounds. Most of them were general interviews, but there was one technical round. My interviewer was super nice and patiently explained some new technical concepts to me. I didn't get the job, but I'm definitely going to try again.

Had an initial hr screening over Google Meet, followed by three rounds of interviews with managers and team leads. Everything seemed to go well and I was expecting a positive outcome and an offer, but then I got a rejection email the next day with no specific feedback.

The interview process was quite drawn out but generally straightforward. I first spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by a panel of people from different departments, and then back to the hiring manager, and finally the director. The recruiter was great at keeping me in the loop and setting expectations. They even sent a surprise gift box to wish me luck and thank me for my time, which was a pleasant gesture.
