Candidate-reported interview process

Had two rounds of interviews. First was a 30 min chat with the hiring manager about my background. Then a 1 hour presentation to the manager and their manager, which included time for questions.

We started with a recruiter call to go over my resume, talk about salary expectations and talk about next steps. Then I had a call with the hiring manager for about an hour. Finally, I had an onsite interview which included a presentation, a tour of the facility and meeting the rest of the team.

First up was a phone interview. Then, I was invited to present my work. After that, I got to see the lab and chat with folks I'd be collaborating with. The whole thing took about half a day. They mentioned I might have to come back for a second interview.
