Candidate-reported interview process

The process includes a call with Talent Acquisition, a technical interview with directors, and a final discussion with the department head. The interview process involves three stages: an initial call with Talent Acquisition, a technical interview with senior leaders, and a final interview with the department head.

It took 3 rounds for interview. 1st round, Hiring manager, 2nd round, Team coworkers, 3rd round, other functional group members. etc. The whole process took 2 weeks. After that, HR will talk with you for the benefit package.

I applied and then about 3 weeks later I had a phone screen with HR. Then about 2 weeks after that I had back to back interviews with the team leads and manager. An offer was extended the day after the interviews. So in total it took about 6.5 weeks from applying to getting the offer.
