Candidate-reported interview process

The first part was a Revit test, they didn't talk about my portfolio or resume at all. It really felt like they were interviewing for a Revit modeler role rather than an architecture designer. They seemed to think if you couldn't criticize Revit enough, you probably didn't have much experience.

It was a really nice and interesting chat. Even though I wasn't selected for an offer, the interviewer seemed keen on my professional background and explained the Company's profile and work environment. It was good to confirm my suitability for their workplace without giving me false hope.

I had an online interview with a Partner, an HR rep, and a Project Manager. We talked about my background, and they explained the project I'd be on, plus the company's structure and aims.
