Adamson Associates Architects Interview Questions

The first part was a Revit test, they didn't talk about my portfolio or resume at all. It really felt like they were interviewing for a Revit modeler role rather than an architecture designer. They seemed to think if you couldn't criticize Revit enough, you probably didn't have much experience.

I had an in person interview with a senior associate named David Pakshong. He was very condescending and seemed to have made a judgement on me before I even showed up. Worst interview experienece yet. Mostly just nitpicked my experience and doubted everything I said. Very antagonistic interview. He basically hinted there's no chance I'd get an offer, despite my experience matching the role listed. Gave me an awful taste of this company that supposedly has a good reputation.

It was a really nice and interesting chat. Even though I wasn't selected for an offer, the interviewer seemed keen on my professional background and explained the Company's profile and work environment. It was good to confirm my suitability for their workplace without giving me false hope.
