I got a phone call right away and it went really well. Turns out, the interviewer and I knew some of the same people. He even knew my old boss personally and knew why I left my last job. Plus, he knows my husband from work.
The interview process wasn't very thorough and didn't offer many details. It felt choppy with no real flow. There was a lot of joking around. They didn't offer a book of business for my experience level, which was surprising. I took the job to get back into the industry.
I had three interviews total: one in person and two over the phone. The in-person one had several people interviewing me. They were really slow getting back to me, but the overall process wasn't too bad.
