I emailed my resume and info to the Chief of Staff, who was super responsive and nice. I got an interview offer a few weeks later with my potential supervisors. They were really friendly and easy to chat with. After asking me some standard questions about myself and why I'd be a good fit, we wrapped up and I asked them some questions about the firm. We made some small talk, and it felt like a place I'd love to work! It was a great experience, and they emailed me an offer soon after.
It was super friendly and relaxed. They seemed more interested in learning about me and why I want to work at the firm/law, rather than grilling me on legal knowledge.
After applying through my school, I got selected for first round interviews. Then I was invited to interview at the firm, where I had to fill out a questionnaire and was interviewed by the managing partner and some associates. All the interviews were in person and were professional and thoughtful. The interviewers seemed to really care about who they were interviewing and made an effort to get to know the person they might be working with every day.
