I emailed my resume and info to the Chief of Staff, who was super responsive and nice. I got an interview offer a few weeks later with my potential supervisors. They were really friendly and easy to chat with. After asking me some standard questions about myself and why I'd be a good fit, we wrapped up and I asked them some questions about the firm. We made some small talk, and it felt like a place I'd love to work! It was a great experience, and they emailed me an offer soon after.
So, before we even talk, there's this questionnaire they want you to fill out, asking stuff about you. Then, the actual interview had five people from the company, and it was pretty business-casual. After we finished talking, Adam Leitman Bailey gave me a tour of the office.
This was by far the worst interview I ever had. The interviewer was very condescending. He didn't even know we had an appointment that day and insulted my credentials at every turn. After the interview, he walked me around the office and you could tell everyone hates working there. My advice is to look elsewhere.
