So I had this initial screening call, and then I got moved to a panel interview with 4 people. Each interview was 30 minutes long. It was supposed to be all 4 back-to-back on the same day, but 2 of them had to reschedule. Oh, and at one point, some random person from the team accidentally joined my call, which was pretty awkward but also kinda funny. My last two interviews were on a Monday, and they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. Never happened. They totally ghosted me. It sucks because I really liked the people I interviewed with and felt like I did well. It's unprofessional to just leave someone hanging, especially when they've put in hours for your company.
I went through a few rounds of phone interviews and then a few virtual interviews with individuals in different positions. I got a great sense of what the workplace was like and what the different role functions were.
It was a quick process, less than two weeks. They move you along fast. Very organized, they call after each stage to check in and see how you thought it went. I liked that most interviews were by phone, saving travel time. They didn't ask typical questions, they wanted to learn about me and my experience.
