Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite drawn out. They responded to my initial application fairly promptly, but after that, there was a significant amount of waiting between stages. In total, I completed 4 interviews.

I was reached out to by the hiring department on a jobs website and first spoke with them about culture fit. Then I talked to my direct boss, and about a week after that, I had a Zoom interview with several teammates and the VP. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks.

It was pretty straightforward. We went through my resume and I answered some questions. Then I met with other producers and later with upper management. They flew me from Knoxville, TN to Minneapolis and put me up in a hotel for the night.
