Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 4-step interview process. It was very thorough and precise. The office environment was nice.

The interview process involved a series of phone calls. It started with a screener, followed by the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager, there was a group presentation. The whole process felt pretty thorough, but everyone seemed really disorganized. People were late and constantly coming and going.

Applied online and then walked in for a meeting. HR called me the next week and granted me an interview. Before the interview, I had to do online and in-person personality and intelligence tests. Then I met with 5 managers for over 2 hours. One manager called me unprofessional and questioned my ethics for walking in to get the interview instead of waiting for their process, which was funny because he was cursing a lot during my interview.
