Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process took a while from applying to interviewing. I waited a couple of months after applying before hearing back. I had to complete a two-part online test. The first part was mostly about personality and work habits, and the second part covered basic skills. After finishing the tests, it was about another two months before they asked me to interview.

The recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. When the scheduled time arrived, the recruiter didn't call. I emailed to reschedule, and we set a new time for the following day, but again, I didn't receive a call.

The process felt fair and thorough. I had a good experience interacting with HR and the other people I met. It was nice to see the office and meet people from different departments. They were very upfront and honest with me throughout the process.
