Candidate-reported interview process

First, you'll complete an online preliminary exam that's similar to an IQ test. If you pass that, you'll move on to a design skills assessment. After that, there's an interview with the person who would be your supervisor. My interview was pretty laid-back and conversational, but I guess it could be different depending on who you talk to.

It started with a phone call, then I had to do a personality and IQ test. After that, I interviewed with the Creative Director. The next step was a "test" project, which I felt was unethical spec work.

I had two phone interviews that were pretty straightforward. Then, there was an onsite interview that lasted about an hour and the questions were mostly easy to moderate. The company was great about showing me around the office so I could get a feel for the creative atmosphere and see where different departments are located. I felt the two interviewers asked really good questions and followed up a lot to really understand me and whether I'd be a good fit for the company.
