The hiring process was short. It started with a quick phone screen, followed by three 1-on-1 interviews all on the same day. The interviews were pretty standard, and the interviewers were very nice and friendly.
The interview process was okay, it felt pretty thorough though. I first had a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I came in for what was the only interview round, but I did get to chat with a few different people. I met with the recruiter, the VP of Finance, and the CFO. It was pretty cool getting to talk to people at different management levels.
The interview process took longer than I expected. Instead of a group interview, I had to go from office to office to meet with the executives. It felt like they had already decided on me before the meetings, though, because they only asked one or two questions each. There was no room to negotiate salary.
