First, there's a math and personality test. If you pass that, they'll call you to chat about your resume and the job. Then, you'll have either a Skype or in-person interview.
I was first contacted by a recruiter who then invited me to complete an online assessment. This test had a mix of personality questions and cognitive skills questions. After I finished the test, the recruiter contacted me within 30 minutes of me submitting my results to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and direct, and the recruiter was quite personable. The recruiter mentioned that my details would be forwarded to the hiring manager after the phone interview. I'm still awaiting contact from the hiring manager.
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We had a quick screening call where I was asked basic questions like why I was looking to leave my current role and what interested me about Active. Then, I took a challenging cognitive thinking test where results aren't shared, you just find out if you move on. Following that, I had Skype interviews with the sales manager and the VP of sales. These were done over Skype due to a company HQ transition. After the third interview, the offer was extended before I finished my current role.
