There are basically three phases to the interview process. First, a 15 minute screening call where they ask TMAY and why the firm. Next, two 50-minute case interviews with Consultants. Finally, a round with Partners/Executive Board.
It was a case interview on campus. About 15 minutes of behavioral questions and intros, followed by a 30-minute case. The interviewer was really nice and helpful. Even though I didn't get an offer, the interviewer called me afterward to give me feedback and tips on casing, which I thought was really cool because I'd never gotten individualized feedback before.
Had a 30-minute call on campus with an alumna recruiter. She asked me some questions, but was really nervous and cut me off a lot. They said they'd let me know in a week, but it took 2 weeks to get a generic rejection email. The whole vibe felt off.
