Candidate-reported interview process

It was a fair interview process with the usual case questions you'd expect when interviewing for consulting. The team was pretty quick to respond and move through the interview process. I had a good overall experience interviewing with them.

There are basically three phases to the interview process. First, a 15 minute screening call where they ask TMAY and why the firm. Next, two 50-minute case interviews with Consultants. Finally, a round with Partners/Executive Board.

The first round had two case interviews, each with a different interviewer. These were typical case interview types and focused heavily on quick mental math. The interviewers also provided feedback on performance after each case.
