First, there was a phone screening to talk about my application. Then, I had an individual interview (Round I) where we discussed my experiences, skills, and goals. Round II was with upper HR management and senior executives, where we went into more detail about expectations and my skills. Finally, an offer was extended, and we discussed negotiations, benefits, and onboarding.
I had an initial call with a recruiter, then a second interview with the hiring managers. The final round was a meeting with the RVP of North Carolina in Texas. After that, I was asked to email my references, which I did. They checked them. Since it had been over a week after meeting the RVP, I followed up and got an automated email saying I wasn't selected.
You start with an initial screening, which is a phone or video call. Then, an on-site interview where we dive into your knowledge of healthcare operations, current legal updates, multi-tasking, and data analysis. Next, there's a skills assessment for things like project management, software, and data analytics. Finally, the last interview is for offer acceptance, discussing compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
