First, there was a phone screening to talk about my application. Then, I had an individual interview (Round I) where we discussed my experiences, skills, and goals. Round II was with upper HR management and senior executives, where we went into more detail about expectations and my skills. Finally, an offer was extended, and we discussed negotiations, benefits, and onboarding.
I interviewed with Shea and Amber at ABC and really enjoyed our conversations and learning about the company. They went over expectations and benefits and answered all my questions. They asked me some scenario-based questions. It was a smooth interview process.
The interview was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I found out about the company's support for education and training, my job expectations, and what daily activities would be like. The hour flew by, and I felt relaxed by the end.
