Recruiters were great. Had a technical interview with Karat, but the interviewer was a bit difficult to understand. The format was good, though I would have preferred an ActBlue employee to conduct it. Was ghosted after following up.
The first chat was a breeze and the recruiter gave me the green light. But then, radio silence for weeks, and finally an email saying they'd found someone else.
after submitting my online application, I had a phone screening. Based on my experience and that call, they put me in touch with 3 departments that might be a good fit. I then had 30-minute Zoom interviews with one or two people from each department. They were pretty casual and mostly asked about my connection to their mission, with a few situational questions mixed in.
