Candidate-reported interview process

I had a call with HR and then a technical interview. It went pretty well overall, but they didn't end up giving me an offer. The manager seemed okay, but the questions were kind of vague. He asked why I wanted this job and this company.

The people were nice and engaging, and then some more stuff so I can meet the minimum word count for Glassdoor and then read reviews.

I got in touch with a recruiter on LinkedIn and managed to talk to a manager for the internship program. The interviews started in late January and I got the offer by the middle of February.
