I did a phone screening and it went good, so they had me come in for an in person interview. I talked to 3 people there, including the person who would be my manager. That whole thing took over an hour. After that, I had an interview with the director. It also went well, and I got the job offer a few days later.
It was a very quick process, just two rounds in total, with really straightforward questions. It was all about inside sales, and the whole thing happened in a single day. It was as was then this that where you are saying hello my phone is great
Had an initial phone chat with the SDR manager. Then got called in for a first interview with that manager and some National Sales Managers. It wasn't too bad, no super common questions. Everyone I talked to was pretty positive and took some time to chat with me. My interview process was pretty simple, but I heard others hired for the same role this year had to do more, like role-playing and harder questions.
