Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a written test asking about my last trip and to write a welcome letter for a new employee. Then, they shortlisted candidates after the test. After that, there was an HR round, followed by a Technical Round, and finally, the Final Round.

Great interview process. Everything was on time and everyone was very helpful. The process was very clear and well communicated. Questions were to the point and you need to give simple and direct answers to the questions. They often come up with various openings.

The interview process was good and fast. It could include an initial induction for newcomers (new to the industry). It could also include a basic aptitude test, a complex writing test, and a verbal communication test.
