Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a written test asking about my last trip and to write a welcome letter for a new employee. Then, they shortlisted candidates after the test. After that, there was an HR round, followed by a Technical Round, and finally, the Final Round.

The interview process was quick and direct. It started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the VP of Sales, HR, and another sales team member.

Great interview process. Everything was on time and everyone was very helpful. The process was very clear and well communicated. Questions were to the point and you need to give simple and direct answers to the questions. They often come up with various openings.
