The interview process was really quick. The HR folks were great. They were a bit vague about the specific duties of the role, which seems pretty common. It seems like a good place to work, especially if you're looking for remote work. My interview was on Zoom, so I didn't have to go in person.
The Interview Process was pretty simple. First, I spoke with Recruiting, and then I chatted with a few team members. If you're confident and somewhat ready, it's an easy process.
The hiring process was really smooth and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job of putting candidates at ease. I sent in my resume online and then followed up with an email. First, I had a phone screen where I was asked to do an online personality/problem solving test. After that, I was invited in for an in-person interview. When I got there, I had to do another problem solving test. Then I interviewed with both the recruiters and the sales manager for the account I'd be working on. Finally, I had a phone interview with an executive from the company for the account I was to be working for. I got my official job offer pretty soon after.
