Candidate-reported interview process

Started with an online application, then had some intro calls with HR and management. Also did an online assessment, checked my internet speed, and did a mock pitch.

First call is a basic fit check. Next, you'll have a virtual meeting with the hiring managers. They might offer the job on the spot or within a day.

First, you'll get an email asking if you'd be up for a quick cognitive test. After that, there will be interviews with the main recruiters, and then interviews with the managers or supervisors you might be working under. The first interview is pretty general, with common interview questions. The second one is more about seeing if you'd be a good fit for the specific department, account, or team.
