Candidate-reported interview process

Had a nice chat with the recruiter and hiring manager. We talked about my past work, checked my skills with .NET, and went over my career goals and expectations. They also wanted to know why I'm looking to move on from my current role. It felt like they were assessing my general knowledge and how I approach problems.

The interview process was pretty good overall. The first interviewer was easy to work with and collaborate on solutions. The second interviewer seemed a bit rushed, but it was still manageable.

I had an initial discussion with HR. The HR was really rude from the start, talking super fast about the company like it was a Ferrari. She asked me to type my tech skills and experience in the chat. Then she started asking some random theoretical questions via chat, which felt more like a school exam than real-world application. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
