Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First I met with a hiring manager, then I spoke with an employee, after that I had another meeting with a second hiring manager, and finally I gave a presentation to a panel. The interviews were of average difficulty.

Things moved pretty fast and there weren't that many steps. After doing some role play, I met with some senior people in the company. They asked me questions about my background and told me what the job would be like. Then it was over.

The recruiter was initially persistent and kept me updated. However, I was then passed to another recruiter who seemed uninterested and left me without any updates. After the first interview, there was a significant delay, which indicates poor communication from the hiring team leads and confirms what I've heard.
