Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone interview with an HR representative. They were very professional and asked detailed questions. We spoke twice, and after the second call, I received an offer.

First, I had to complete a personality quiz which I took my time on to answer truthfully. Then, there were two phone calls. The first was with my future manager who seemed really excited about me joining the team. The second call was with another person from the company who asked me some IQ and IT related questions. I got the job offer quickly and started the online training before beginning my on-the-job training.

They asked me questions about my background, how many hours I wanted to work, and my salary expectations. I told them I have a lot of experience in merchandising, sales, and customer service. They gave me an overview of the job duties and what the company expects. I also talked about the skills I've developed and my current abilities. I explained why I'd be valuable to their company.
