Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involves initial questions about your career aspirations and future goals. Following that, there's an Excel test where you'll need to perform functions like Sum Total and Pivot Tables, along with some other basic calculations.

I applied through LinkedIn and then got an email for a phone interview. A few days after that, I was invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty chill and not stressful. Management was nice and seemed keen to talk about the job. They showed me around the facility and I met some other managers. I thought the interview went well.

It was a phone interview with the Area Manager. They listened to my prior work experience and then told me how much of a fit I was to the job duties I had applied for. They were trying to get a feel for my interpersonal skills.
