Acorio Consultant interviews, decoded.

The interview process was pretty laid back but there were several steps. The interviews were not necessarily in order, so you might talk to a manager before a lead. One step involved creating a power point presentation to share with the panel.

After the initial recruiter call, there were 3 more interview rounds, making it a total of 4. Everyone I spoke with was really great – easy to talk to, kind, and considerate. They all said Acorio is their favorite place to work. The breakdown was: 1. Recruiter Interview 2. Initial screening with a manager 3. Technical Interview with a Senior Architect 4. Interview focused on consulting skills and culture fit.

Went through 4 rounds. 3rd round was a practical interview where I had to write and perform a few stories. It wasn't too difficult. The final round was with a VP to discuss culture, personality, and overall fit. Be aware that they might say they'll hire you, but only if a position opens up. It's possible they interview people to keep a list of candidates or are too polite to reject applicants. It's unclear. Through networking, I've heard similar experiences from others.
