The interview process was pretty laid back but there were several steps. The interviews were not necessarily in order, so you might talk to a manager before a lead. One step involved creating a power point presentation to share with the panel.
The interview process consisted of four steps: first, a recruiter screen, then a manager interview. After that, a technical interview took place, followed by a culture fit assessment with the hiring manager. The entire process wrapped up in about three weeks. The recruiter kept me updated well throughout. Everything was coordinated really nicely.
After the initial recruiter call, there were 3 more interview rounds, making it a total of 4. Everyone I spoke with was really great – easy to talk to, kind, and considerate. They all said Acorio is their favorite place to work. The breakdown was: 1. Recruiter Interview 2. Initial screening with a manager 3. Technical Interview with a Senior Architect 4. Interview focused on consulting skills and culture fit.
