Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two-round interview process. The first round was technical, and the second was a techno-managerial round. I was interviewed for a Java & COBOL Senior Developer role. After that, there was an HR discussion about RTO and salary.

So I completed the first round, and it was a moderate level interview where they asked about postman, manual testing, coding, and automation testing concepts. I think I did okay with my answers. Now I'm waiting to hear back from HR.

I went through the projects, it was more situational. We talked about project and people management. For example, what is the plan to come up with if there is negative feedback on your team member, how would you handle it.
