Candidate-reported interview process

There were 2 rounds. The first was a phone call, and the final round was a virtual interview on Ms Teams. HR was just involved for the offer and salary negotiation.

Interviewed with the Recruitment Director for one round. They checked on staffing basics. It seemed they didn't know what they were hiring for, despite 15 years in US staffing. Then there was a follow-up call with the US VP, but they didn't show up. The recruiter also didn't respond after several follow-ups, wasting everyone's time. The US team at ACL Digital also seems to waste candidates' time.

The process was pretty quick, with two rounds involving the Manager and then the Director, both of which were fine. An offer can be expected within a few days. HR was also quite helpful during the entire experience. However, if you're not selected, don't expect any follow-up from the Recruiter.
