It was a pretty chill and comfortable interview process. First, there was a phone screening, and then we moved on to an in-person technical interview. They mainly asked basic questions about my past roles and how they'd align with the job I applied for.
We had a group interview where we all went around the table and answered the same question. It felt a bit strange.
We kicked things off with a group interview. After that, I had two 1:1 interviews on the same day with people from the department I was interviewing for. The last part was a Top Grade interview with my potential manager and an HR rep. They asked about pretty much everything I've done since high school. It was cool to share all my experiences, and everyone I met was great. The interviews weren't too hard; they really just wanted to get a sense of the kind of person I am.
