Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and a pleasant experience overall. It included a recruiter call, a conversation with the hiring manager, a Q&A session, and a cold call exercise. They were clear about what to expect next and were understanding about the cold call, which went well.

It was a typical Sales Development Rep interview. There was an in-office scenario and role-play component where I had to create a cold calling script based on the given scenario.

They are very quick with feedback. The process included a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a first round in-person interview that featured a mix of behavioral and career-based questions. The final interview was a mock cold call. The whole thing took two weeks.
