Candidate-reported interview process

Overall, the recruitment team experience was great. However, the HR team and the HR group leader were not so good. I had numerous questions regarding the stability of this group, but they were unable or unwilling to provide answers. I decided to withdraw from the process as I did not want to get involved with this group.

It was a simple interview with easy questions. They took me on an office tour to give me a feel for the people and the company culture.

Applied on their website and then got invited to a networking/presentation event by the company. It was pretty cool and I got to chat with different folks inside the org. It was kinda hard to have a proper convo though since everyone there was also applying for the same role at Achievers, so it was a bit of a competition. I walked away understanding the company better and really wanting to work there. BUT, it was weird that I never got a thank you email or any follow-up after confirming attendance for the event.
