Candidate-reported interview process

I met with the Directors of Product Management first, and then had a case study round with more team members from UX, Product Management & Engineering. It was very friendly and informative about the company.

The process was pretty standard, starting with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat. After that, I had to present a case study to a panel made up of PM, UX, and Engineering folks. Things moved fast and everyone was nice. It was a bit surprising because the interviewers were managers, not people I'd be working with daily.

Had a phone interview for about 30 mins, then a hiring manager interview for 1 hour where we went over standard product sense and behavioral questions. After that, I had a case study where I had to prepare a presentation. Finally, there was a culture fit interview. The whole thing took about a month if we could schedule everything back-to-back.
