The interview process was great, I got feedback throughout and the expectations for next steps and preparation were really clear. They also encouraged me to use any resources I had.
First, I had a call with HR to go over my background, what I'm looking for salary-wise, and to confirm the job details. Then, I had a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager where we discussed my past work, why I was interested in this role, and a few behavioral questions. The next step was a panel interview with the hiring manager, two department heads, and two team leads. This part included a case study based on a mock scenario. After the panel, the hiring manager said I'd get feedback on the job offer. It took over a week, so I followed up with HR. Unfortunately, I got an automated rejection email instead of a personalized one, which was disappointing given the time spent preparing.
The interview process had 3 parts. First, I spoke with the recruiter. Second, I interviewed with the hiring manager. The third part was a case study. I only made it through the first two rounds. The hiring manager seemed uninterested and didn't ask about my experience.
