The process was not streamlined at all. I don't think everyone there communicates and they leave you in the air with no follow up information. They do not respect that people actually want to work
I got an email saying I was picked to move on to a phone interview. I had to choose a time for them to call. They said I'd know either way within 48 hours because they didn't want prospects waiting. After 4 days, I called them to see what was up. She was kinda rude and said she was busy and I'd hear back in 24 hours. A week later, I got a message that I was moving on. But I had already taken another job. If this is how they start with people, I can only imagine what it's like once you're hired.
It was a long process, but they flew me to Dallas after two local interviews. The people there were really nice and professional. It started with an HR manager in Houston giving me a phone screen. Then I met with the Regional VP in person. After that, I was flown to the corporate offices where I met with at least four VPs.
