the interview process was pretty straightforward. they asked general questions, like 'tell me about a time when...'. basically, if you have a couple of customer service stories ready, you should be good to go.

It wasn't too hard, pretty easy actually since I got hired the same day. I started as an associate, but after 4 months I was promoted to store manager. The job is basically the same, just with a bit more stress for only a dollar or two more per hour than what I made as an associate.

They put you through two rounds of interviews to see if you're competent and know about collections and loan processing. They don't specifically mention presentation skills, but they do want people who can dress professionally and speak more than one language.
