Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a chat with HR, then I met with the hiring manager. Since it was an entry-level role right out of college, the interview wasn't super technical. They were mainly interested in my willingness to learn and my flexibility with my schedule.

The recruiter called me for an interview, then the manager asked some questions. A few days later, I got a call from HR about whether I was hired, and then I received an offer email.

It was an easy interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I spoke with the lab supervisor. They asked me about my resume and if I had experience with specific techniques. After the interview, they showed me around the facility. Then we went back to the interview room so I could ask my questions.
