Great interview, very pleasant interaction and candidates were made to feel at ease. They focus on technical aspects if you're a fresher and also on how well-behaved you are overall.

The interview process was all in one day. It started with an HR call where they asked typical HR questions. After that, the hiring manager interviewed me for about an hour. Then, there was a panel interview with the QC group members. To wrap things up, the manager led a tour of the lab.

First, I had a chat with HR, then I met with the hiring manager. Since it was an entry-level role right out of college, the interview wasn't super technical. They were mainly interested in my willingness to learn and my flexibility with my schedule.
