Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good and offered various learning opportunities. It had 3 rounds: first, a group discussion about work from home vs. work from office. Second, a technical round. Third, an HR round that was only for salary discussion. Everything was very professional.

I went through two technical rounds and then a management round. The technical interviews involved coding and architecture questions. The people interviewing me were really nice and answered my questions about the company.

First I talked to a recruiter and after that initial call, I was given a system design challenge. I had 48 hours to come up with a design and document it for a specific feature for my engineering team. After waiting for two weeks, they let me know they weren't moving forward. The only feedback was that there were some missteps in certain key areas.
