Candidate-reported interview process

Interviews are done over video call and it's pretty thorough. First, I talked to the corporate recruiter to see if I'd fit in. Then, I interviewed with company management.

Talked to the Sr. Corporate Recruiter first. She asked good questions about my background and told me about the job and company. Didn't get the job, but heard back in about a week.

Had a bunch of Zoom calls with different managers, controllers, and HR. It's tough to hide when you're interviewing from your current job because so many interviews are during work hours. There's a two-hour accounting test that's really hard, and most people don't pass it. I think there are also shorter tests for personality and IQ.
