Candidate-reported interview process

Interviews are done over video call and it's pretty thorough. First, I talked to the corporate recruiter to see if I'd fit in. Then, I interviewed with company management.

This was a long interview process, with two initial chats with the recruiter, followed by two more with management. It felt like it could have been way shorter. There was hardly any info shared between stages, and the recruiter didn't seem to know much about accounting.

I applied through Indeed and spoke with an HR representative who seemed to know a lot about GovCon. The process went smoothly and it felt like a good place to work. The pay wasn't quite what I was looking for, though.
