it was easy, started with a call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a take-home sales assignment, followed by a presentation panel interview of the assignment. Then, maybe one more call with the head of that department to get a better feel for culture, and then they make a final decision.
The interview process started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by an assignment. It was a fairly straightforward acceleration process with standard questions about sales methodology and understanding of the company's value proposition. The hiring manager focused on the STAR method and what worked best in closing deals.
First, there was a recruiter screen to go over the role and company. Then, a hiring manager screen to discuss my experience more. After that, I had a take-home exercise to show how I think, discover, and present. Lastly, I did an exercise presentation where I used my presentation to showcase my discovery process and how I'd pitch the product to different types of prospects.
