My interview experience with AccessiBe was terrible, a complete waste of my time and showed no respect for candidates. It took over a month and I did a detailed case study. After I submitted the case study, there was silence for weeks. When I finally got another meeting, I was ghosted again for weeks. I decided to pull my application. I think this shows culture issues, which were red flags all through the process. Their disorganization and lack of respect for time is a concern when looking for a job.
The interview involved a chat with HR, a Zoom meeting with the Director of Professional Services, and a practical test where I had to build a website based on specific requirements.
You start with 2 to 3 calls with the recruiter from talent acquisition. After that, you have an interview with the SDR lead, which was in-person for us, and lasted about 20-30 minutes. Then, the recruiter calls you to tell you if you got an offer.
