This banking firm has a really good and interesting interview process. It went well with many steps and I met with lots of top directors and HR. I got the job in the end.

So basically, they tell you about benefits and stuff, but when it comes to salary, it's like the complete opposite of what they said. It was a really bad interview experience. Totally demotivating and felt like mental harassment and torture. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone. It's better to try other good MNCs.

The process started with two online assessments covering critical thinking, numerical computation, and verbal reasoning. Then there was a second assessment at a CBT center, which had the same question types plus personality and integrity tests. If you passed those, you'd proceed to two interview rounds: one with HR and another with top management. Passing those stages meant undergoing medical tests. Clearing all these steps led to an offer. The whole thing was quite fast for me, finishing within a month from the application deadline to the offer. A potential downside is the requirement to relocate to Victoria Island, Lagos, if you don't live there, as all tech offices are situated there.
